This was our first time in Santouka and we'll likely be back! Service was friendly and the space was clean and roomy. The Shio ramen broth was very delicious--rich and thick with great flavor. The miso (we tried both regular and kara) broth I found a bit thinner. Charshu was tasty and the egg was nicely soft boiled though was an extra cost. I really enjoyed the chilled yuzu matcha tea on a hot day. The gyoza and fried oysters were solid but not must trys. Overall all solid experience.?

Popular ramen place, hard to find parking! Hokkaido ramen has great combo deals where you can get a side and an ajitama egg or salad + any ramen for $19.99. I got the Shoyu Ramen which is tasty as usual. The sides are also delicious. A decent amount of seating both indoors and outdoors. Outdoor seating has no service expect they bring you water.

Wanted to update with their summer specials -- cold ramen! My partner and I tried all three dishes together. Personally, my favorite was the shio hiyashi, and my partner really enjoyed the goma hiyashi (though for me the sesame sauce is a bit too thick). The citrus hiyashi sold out the first day so we had to come back again to try it. It's also really good, but I couldn't taste much citrus in the broth -- it mostly comes from the lemon slices they add in. To get the citrus flavor, make sure to mix it super thoroughly so all the noodles/broth get some lemon juice! There are also a TON of onions in the citrus one... I might try it again with less onions cus I think then it would be perfect!

Came here while visiting and staying in Bellevue. It was a cold, rainy PNW night and this ramen really hit the spot. There was a 10-15 minute wait but the service was prompt once seated. I got the Veggie ramen with an egg and a side of edamame. The ramen was delicious. My partner really enjoyed his ramen too. We both left happy and then got Hokkaido ice cream next door. Apparently it's a coincidence that there's a Hokkaido ramen and Hokkaido ice cream shop next to each other? Hot Tip, they run all sorts of promotions. I got a free size up for liking their instagram page and they have an app where you can get points redeemed towards free toppings and meals. Also they send emails with deals. Be warned though that there are lot of email spam though!
